The following players are recognized for their outstanding performances during 2013:
MOST IMPROVED PLAYER AWARD – CHUCK JONES
ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD – LISA LOVELACE
SPIRIT AWARD – ANGELA VIETTO / SCOTT HAWKINS
OUTRAGEOUS * AWARD – DAIVA MARKELIS
SINCERITY AWARD – SCOTT GARNER
Chuck improved his club rating for the sixth consecutive year!!!!!! In 2013 he improved his scoring average by 7 points and his club rating by 55 points. Chuck’s NASPA rating has also grown each year, from an initial rating of 505 to a peak of 1018 in 2013!
Lisa achieved a rating of 930 and a scoring average of 355 in her first year of club play! She also finished in second place in her division at the S&M Birthday Bash tournament, which was her very first NASPA rated tourney!
Angela and Scott are very hardy, enthusiastic, and agreeable players, who make the director’s job easy by virtue of their pleasant willingness to play anyone, regardless of rating, reputation, etc., and they were among the top five in number of games played in 2013!!
Daiva played four phony bingos successfully in 2013, apparently capitalizing on trust she gained by winning the Sincerity Award in 2012!!!! ANALASE* was one of the more memorable ones; I think a phony definition for that could be quite preposterous 
Scott qualified for the Sincerity Award by averaging at least one bingo per game and having no phony bingos recorded all year. He actually played 50 legitimate bingos in his 25 club games!!
Additionally, the following players earned a year of NASPA membership by passing designated milestones for total club wins:
25 career wins – Michael Arnold, John Gleaves, Liesl Smith, Darin True
100 career wins – Cheryl Hawker, Scott Hawkins
400 career wins – Marty Gabriel
